John has led a distinguished 30+ year career building successful businesses and brands across the global beverage business.
Starting his career in the USA, John has since lived and worked in nine countries across three continents. His senior roles have included Global Brand Director at Bacardi, Regional Managing Director, Latin America at DIAGEO and Managing Director EMEA at Fosters Group.
John has also held a number of Board roles including Chairman at Bodegas LAN ( a Spanish wine group) where he led the development and successful sale of the business. He is currently Chairman of Cafédirect, a role he has held since 2018 and also Non-Exec at Glutenberg, a Canadian craft beer business.
